In 1991 in the Siberian town Ust-Ilimsk was founded company "Enerpred" — a small private company to manufacture and repair hydrotool for enterprises of Irkutsk region.

The first batch of 150 sets of tools. Ust-Ilimsk Timber Industry, Bratsk Timber Industry, Angarsk Petrochemical Company and Irkutskenergo companies became the first buyers of a new product.
